Surgical Scrub Tech
Surgery Department
The Scrub Tech in the Surgery Department will be responsible for handling instruments, supplies and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure, understanding the procedures being preformed while being able to anticipate the needs of the surgeon, having the knowledge and ability to ensure quality patient care during the operative procedure and is constantly on vigil for maintenance of the sterile field.
Requirements:
- Experience in they surgery environment, preferably experience in orthopedic cases
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or Certified Scrub Tech (CST)
- BLS and RST
