The Financial Analyst is responsible for gathering, accessing and interpreting financial data to increase efficiency and improve the bottom line. This full time, day shift position is scheduled for 80 hours each two week pay period and is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with interpreting technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and dealing with several abstract and concrete variables.

Revenue Cycle Director

The Revenue Cycle Director manages all revenue cycle activities and is responsible for the analysis, design, development and execution of revenue cycle initiatives. This leadership position directly and indirectly supervises managers and employees in the Business Office, HIM, Patient Access and Charge Master departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Healthcare Administration or equivalent.
- Five years of related experience in a hospital and professional billing setting.
- Five years of supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated experience with hospital billing and medical practice management systems, preferably CPSI and AllScripts.

Revenue Integrity Coordinator

The Revenue Integrity Coordinator performs quality analysis to optimize financial outcomes, increase efficiency and prevent errors that result in re-work and collaborates with RCM Leadership and Departmental Leaders on implementation of polices & procedures to drive consistency and improvement in overall revenue cycle operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field; preferably certified and/or licensed in a healthcare related profession (ie: RN, LPN, RT, etc).
- Three years of medical office and medical insurance policy experience.
- Demonstrated experience with hospital billing and medical practice management systems, preferably CPSI and AllScripts.
